About Linnéa...

~Hallo~Hello~Salut~Hei~你好~Ciao~こんにちは~Привет~Hola~Olá~

My name is Linnéa and I am a 20-year old girl living in a pretty small town in the south of Germany called Aalen. I just love to read and you can find me buried in a book no matter what time of day. Nevertheless, I am also a movie and TV series addict, I especially love British and Scandinavian series.
But beside that I also really enjoy playing the cello and I have been doing so for 12 years now- I just love music in general, especially classical music (what a surprise).
Moreover I am really crazy about traveling, there are so many wonderful places and cultures to explore, people to meet and delicious dishes (I am really interested in local cuisine, especially vegetarian and vegan dishes) to try and I can’t wait to do so. I have been to a few countries in Europe and I am planning to visit South Korea in 2019. So if you live or have been there yourself: Tell me about your favourite or secret places, insider tip and
anything else that might be interesting.
Since it still is a while until I am able to travel again, Postcrossing helps me to see the world instead. I love opening the mail box every morning and finding postcards from totally different people from all over the world in there. Reading the messages, stories and greetings on the back side really make my day (so if possible, please write more than just “Happy Postcrossing” or “Greetings from..” on there).
About postcards: I pretty much love most kinds of postcards but I am not really fond of “typical” touristic postcard or ad cards, so please keep them for people who like and enjoy them.
Here some ideas and suggestions about cards that would make my day perfect:

Theme of the Month:
>>#September 2018: books and libraries

- HARRY POTTER and FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM (the movie is so great!) I'm a huge fan and would be happy about everything connected to this topic. Ravenclaw is my most favourite house, so everything about this is very welcome, too:)
-Books and movies/ Tv shows:
>The Lord of the rings/ the hobbit
> Sherlock (BBC)
> Doctor Who
> Stranger Things
> The Blacklist
> Outlander
> Downton Abbey ...
-animals; it doesn´t really matter what kind of animal (I like all of them) but I adore cats, foxes, elephants, tigers and
> I love the illustrated cats by M. Pavlova
> Blue Cats by Irina Zenyuk
- GEO or National Geographic postcards
-everything that has to do with a Cello or Classical Music
-Buddhism, Yoga, Meditation
-India
- cartoons:
> Peanuts
> Calvin & Hobbes
> Tintin ...
- manga and anime
- black and white cards, historical events, old photographs
- art: Monet, Van Gogh, David Caspar Friedrich, Picasso...
- fairies, dragons or other mythical creatures
- strawberries
