About Daria...
Hi!
I'm from Saint-Petersburg, but we moved to Moscow after we got married. This city seems weird to me, I don't understand it, but on the bright side, it rains much rarer here. I like bookstores, and now postcrossing gave me a great reason to pop over there once again and pick the right kind of a postcard.
I would be glad to get postcards with:
- Maxicards
- animals and birds (especially panda, all kinds of felines, wolves, eagles, giraffes, foxes, penguins)
- pin-ups
- black-and-white pictures
- nature
- sea, storm
- paintings by Vincent Van Gogh, Gustav Klimt, Ivan Aivazovsky
- Dragon Age (the video game), the Daleks
- medical science
- space
- steampunk
- Alice in Wonderland
- derelict buildings (houses, factories, castles etc.)
- sakura blooming
- watercolour paintings or pencil drawings
- introversion
- bird's eye panorama
- flowers
Also, I got into collecting stamps of the themes listed above.
When I get the postcard, I would like to know more about the person who sent it. Please write your favourite quote (it can be on your mother language, but please include a translation into English), name your favourite book, your hobby, your dream. Or just anything that comes to mind.
P.S. Please include the date.
Please NO cards with:
- multiview
- handmade
- folded
- title centered or too huge
- ad cards
- christmas or new year cards
- people in the foreground
- fish
- fairies
- angels
- children
- church and religious cards
Please keep those cards for people for whom they would be much more important than they would be for me. Thank you!
