My name is Evgenia and I live in a beautiful place called Ural far away in Russia.
I'm a huge movie fan, love to learn new languages, research new things and places. Every year try to visit new place. I really agree with the quote, that the world is a book and those, who do not travel, read only one page.
Can't live a day without music. I'd like to learn a little more about country and people through music. So if you don't know, what to write, share with me the name of music artist and songs, that can represent your country or what songs are popular on the radio right now.
You are more into movies that music? Advise me a movie, I'll appreciate it too.
Just to make you know me a little better through postcards, there are my favorite topics:
- city views (and yes, I love multi-views cards);
- cards with maps or flags;
- greeting from...;
- keep calm cards;
- with minimalist design;
- polaroid cards;
- cards with quotes, taglines, poems, anything with words;
- roads, railways;
- windows, doors;
- ferris wheel;
- animals (especially my heart melts, when I see dogs, wolves, raccoons, foxes and bears);
- Boo & Stu;
- Alice in Wonderland;
- movies (by the way, I collect flyer movie posters from cinemas:));
- black-n-white or sepia cards;
- old cards;
- котики Рины Зенюк;
- старые советские открытки;
- дорогие мои москвичи, буду очень рада открыткам из серии "Московское метро".
But remember, that any postcard can make me happy. This little piece of paper can make my day brighter. Or may be it just cool to get something real from place you've never heard about.
If it's not difficult for you, write a phrase "Everything's gonna be great!" in your native language (even if it is Russian).
Let's make our world happier with the help of postcards!
P.S. I have a big dream! I desperately want to get a postcard with Joker (or another Marvel/DC character)!!! So if you are a lucky person, who has this and who can send it. Please, please, please do it:)
P.P.S. Few postcrossers had sent me "Alice in Wonderland" book in their native language. And it was very great to get a real present from random person. I think it is pretty cool idea to share things. So if you would like to get something from Russia, feel free to write me down about it. If I'll have a chance to find it in my city, I would love to sent you a gift.
From my side, I'd like to collect Alice's book in as many languages as possible. So if you'd like to sent me one, it'll be awesome:)
