Hello strangers.

I live in Portland Oregon with my two cats and betta fish and plant friends. I make ice cream for a living and I am always looking for flavor inspiration so if you know of something delicious and "exotic" I would love to hear about it!

I love postcards of all kinds, whatever you want to send me I will appreciate. In terms of my interests, I love nature, animals, artwork, old buildings and cities, oceans and underwater. Antiques, food, comedy, calligraphy. Vintage postcards would be really neat to receive, as I also have some to send out whenever somebody puts that as an interest. Maps, cities, countrysides. Beaches, mermaids. I really just love seeing new things in general. If you have a postcard that is random, and you're not really sure who to send it to, I volunteer as recipient haha.

2021 was a really terrible year for me personally, so I appreciate any kind words you may have to offer. My dad died in February, and he was the person I loved most as well as the person who loved me most, so it has been really hard to keep my spirits up. I don't know why I'm sharing this here honestly. Telling people doesn't really make me feel better, but holding it inside feels worse.

I'd be interested in direct swaps, even if just for one exchange. It can be hard to keep up with penpals so no pressure haha.
