Hi, I am from the exotic island of Sri Lanka which is located below India in the world map. Breathtaking natural beauty and smiling people are just two enduring attractions of my country. Sri Lanka has a written history dating back to a few centuries Before Christ (BC).

I am 53+ years old and married. I have 2 sons who are 24 and 20 years of age. I am a member of Toastmasters International which is an organization helping people to develop their communication & leadership skills in a fun atmosphere. My Avatar carries a photograph of my father's car, a 1957 Ford Anglia 100 E. (For the car enthusiast: The Ford Anglia 100 E manufactured in UK has a side valve engine. It is a two door model with only 3 forward gears. It is now painted in the original cream colour).

I am interested in reading, creative writing, public speaking and humor. My life's philosophy is "enjoying life here and now".
