Thank you for all the beautiful postcards you sent me so far.
I'm 57 years old and I live in Freiburg in the Black Forest in Germany. I like to read, knit and walk the dog in the woods. I try to learn Portuguese (hard job!).
I haven't travelled far yet, just a little around Southern Europe. My favorite places are Chiemsee in Bavaria, Austria, Rome, Siena, Lago d'Orta in Upper Italy, London, Southern England in general, Lisbon, Porto, Madeira, the lavender fields in Southern France... One day I'd like to go to some places in the United States and in Russia.
Most of all I like postcards that show bridges, ships, trains, islands, castles, ruins, picturesque views, historical/old/retro photographs, local art, birds, dogs, food, markets ... as you can see in my favorites. But of course everything else is welcome too.
I enjoy reading a little text on the back of the card, f.ex. about your everyday life, journeys, books you like,...
