Elenasturife

Hello! I'm Elena. I am from Tenerife, in the lovely Canary Islands but I live now in Asturias, in the North coast of Spain with my boyfriend, my teenage son and my dog Frodo. Asturias is a beautiful land with amazing beaches and majestic mountains with a celtic past and a language of it's own: asturian. I live in a small town called Sotrondio in the middle of a coal mining valley and very near from a natural park.

I really love plants and I have quite a collection at home. I also love movies and tv series. And I really love crafts (crochet, baking, painting, journaling, etc)

I also love art. Thaks to Postcrossing I am discovering new artists and is something that make me really happy.

If you don't know what to write, you can tell me something about your country, or your town or city, or you can write something in your language (with translation), or you can tell me how your day was...

If you like to draw (or feel adventurous no matter what your drawing skills are), you can draw in the message a native plant or flower from your country, I would really LOVE that!

Any kind of postcard will be most appreciated, but if you want to send me something special I would love to receive postcards about:

-something representative from your country or your town or city
-touristic views from your country or your town or city
-botanical
-paintings, famous or not. I love the Old Masters, but I love to discover new artists. (*If you are from Finland, I LOVE postcards by Kirsi Neuvonen)
-illustrations
-patterns
-watercolour
-hand drawn or hand painted postcards are my absolute favourites!

But really, as long as you like the postcard I will sure love it :)
