I used to live in Scotland, where I got my PhD degree. I am now back in the States and work as a library and archives assistant. I enjoy reading (mostly mysteries and non-fiction), baking, vegetable gardening, and traveling.

My postcard preferences are:
-scenic views of cities, towns, landscapes
-religious places (churches, temples, synagogues, etc)
-cultural places (museums, art galleries, castles, historic houses, etc)
-libraries (inside or outside views)
-old black and white photos of your city (show what the city used to look like)
-haunted places (tell me why it's haunted)
-Kpop (Shinhwa, Super Junior, Big Bang)
-foreign currency
-subway maps
-recipe cards
-cats/kittens

If you don't know what to write on the postcard, here are some suggestions:

> How do you write/say my name (Janet) in your language?

> Can you recommend an interesting museum in your city/country?

> I love reading, do you have any book suggestions?
