About Lidia...

Notice (26 March 2024)
I am an English teacher and I usually have only adult students, but for 3 months I was covering another teacher's classes. The kids are in elementary school from 3rd grade to 5th grade. For the last 2 lessons I decided to do something more fun than the textbook. I wanted to show them, that they study English not for their grades or their parents. So I let them choose the cards and stamps and write the messages in English, to show that the main purpose of studying English is to be able to communicate with other people. Everyone really enjoyed it, but it took longer than I expected (I thought to finish within one lesson).
2 students managed to write addresses themselves, but for others I did it. And some kids got overexcited with the stickers (especially not flat ones), so I'm worried a little bit if all the cards would arrive successfully. I'll try to check more carefully and send some other cards, if the original takes too long.
Sorry for the delay in sending the cards, cause I had to get a lot of addresses and choose the accounts with easier texts and translate to Japanese, cause it was still too difficult for the kids.

Hello, everyone!
I'm from Russia, but live in Japan, working as an English teacher. I like traveling and eating out. I love cats. I'm fond of music, can't live without it. I can play the piano, like to go to different kinds of concerts, and of course to karaoke.
I love coffee and sweets.

I don't really like postcards with photos of sightseeing places. Only if they made as paintings, than it will be great.
I like beautiful combination of colors, especially pastel shades.
Also like sunsets and night view of cities or nature
If you don't know what kind of postcard to send me, anything cute is welcome =)
I love blue cats by Rina Zeniuk

Christmas and New year cards are welcome! (All year round). Especially Christmas cards. I decorate my classroom whiteboard with cards every year and my students really like it, even though I have only adult students 😀
Birthday cards are welcome in January and February.

Thank you for reading and I'm very excited to get your card 💕
