Dear Sir or Madam, Gentlemen or Lady, Boy or Girl,

I am excited to meet you and to share something special with you - a postcard! Which is no simple postcard - it's handpicked, signed and sent by someone you've never met before. I really appreciate you finding time and putting all this effort to make my day!

Some things I enjoy:
- ruins (castles, churches, theatres...) and glorious buildings that still stand
- views of old cities (how it used to look/how it looks now)
- windows, doors and stairs
- everything that breaves history and mystery
- trains/railroad stations/railway tracks and bicycles
- maps (old/new, city/state/country, transportation)
- mailboxes and post in general
- classical music/opera
- coffee
- comics/manga

P.S. I started postcrossing some 10 years ago. But then life got in the way, as they say, and I stopped. My 4 year old son had to bring 100 units of any item to his kindergarten. And I gave him the box with 100 postcards. So now we'll be sharing this hobby together :)
