ABOUT JAPAN GOTOCHI POSTCARD

If you have received gotochi card from JAPAN , plz tell me if it is in an evelope or not.
I want to send it when postcrossing but post office said to me I could not send it as a postcard. It must be put in an evelope when it will go to over the sea.
So I really not sure if I should send it.( If it could not sent as ostcard it is just a specail-shaped paper-card only . I think ）

During 2010~2012 , I was a crazy fan of Postcrossing.
All of my free time ,thinking about postcards. (also play in FORUM）
and Many years passed！
In past I don`t have a stable ADDRESS to coutinue my postcrossing life. My English level also being down cause I never have chance to use it.

but NOW it`s 2022. I went to TOKYO,JAPAN as a Chinese student.
I re-start my postcrossing account.
