Hi!

My name is Claire and I live in the pretty English village of Hethersett. I am married and live with my husband and our two black cats Ludo and Caley (both girls - Ludo's name causes confusion!)

I love Postcrossing because of how it brings the wider world closer together - it never ceases to amaze me how many things I can have in common with complete strangers living in countries thousands of miles away.

I would love to receive cards showing me something of where you live. I also hope to get postcards of the following things:-

. daffodils
. history
. cathedrals and churches
. cake and chocolate
. old films, especially black and white ones

(I also love any postcards with cats, especially lucky black ones, and books/pens/pencils - my husband says I have too many already but I think he's wrong!)

I love reading and writing stories. I like walking. My favourite part of the world is central Europe. The rolling mountains and lakes are so beautiful for walking holidays. I like movies of all kinds. I have a very soft spot for musicals, Disney films and old black and white movies. I have recently seen all the Studio Ghibli films (except When Marnie Was There) and absolutely loved them.

When it gets to Christmas, I'd love a Christmassy card. It really brightens up my day to get them!
