About Misha...

Hello! My name is Misha. I live in Bellevue, Washington, USA, which is a suburb of Seattle.
I really enjoy sending postcards to people. It is very special to me to receive a message that was written by a stranger in another part of the world.

About me: I'm a 23 year old University student studying Education. I plan on being a math or science teacher for high school students. I am currently working as a nanny for wonderful twin 6 year old girls! I love music - I sing for two professional choirs. I am married to a wonderful man and we have a pet bunny named Pepper Nugget, and a cat named Bombadil.

For postcards, I love:
-Handmade
-drawings
-art
-cats (especially white ones)
-rabbits
-Hedgehogs
-Eastern religions (Hindu, Buddhist, Taoist, Shinto, Confucious, etc.)
-Geisha/anime/manga/Sanrio (Japanese things)
-flowers/plants/nature scene
-Pictures of food/recipes
-maps
-music
-creepy/Gothic things
-erotic
-cute things (pink, rainbows, cupcakes, kawaii, etc.)
-Dr. Who, Sherlock (BBC)
-Union Jack Flag

I decorate my house in blue and green, so if you send me a card in those colors, it may end up on my wall! (I also really like pink and purple). But really anything you like will make me happy!

The one problem I have with postcrossing is that the cards never seem very personal. So, if you like, please tell me about something personal on your card (a secret, how you met your love, a dream or wish, your fears or hopes, etc.). It will make me very happy to learn about you. If you are not comfortable telling me about these things, please write about whatever you wish!

If you are feeling particularly generous, I also collect coins, banknotes, bookmarks, stickers, maps, and especially tea bags!

Thank you so much!
