Greetings from Russia!
My name is Katia. I'm 18 and I was born in a small town near Moscow. I'm fond of studying different languages and cultures and I turned languages to my profession, as I study linguistics at the university. There, I study German, French and English, but most of all I adore languages with non-cyrillic or latin font, so that I could scrutinize the letters for hours :D (like Chinese, Korean, Arabic and so on, and so forth). So, if you know languages with "strange" letters, you will make me extremely happy if you write something on this language with the translation (and the transcription will be also very adorable) Also I like history, arts, calligraphy, books and many other things.
I also can't live without music. I like any type and style of it, from folk to rock, but mostly I like French singers. My favorite is Bruno Pelletier. So you can write me what music do you like.
I will be happy to receive any type of postcards, but most of all I'm interested in cards which show your country and culture (landscapes, sights and other things). But if you're from Finland, you can send me something with moomins(I've been grown up with them, so I like them a lot - they're being hung on my bag :-) ).
It's also interesting to know something about your country, you can write something in your language, like hello or goodbye.
The only demand I have...could you please try to write my address in Russian too (if it's possible). Our postmen have a lot of problems cause many of them don't know English.

And, of course I want to know more about you and make friends from all over the world, and postcards are not always convenient for it, so... you can send me a handwritten letter with your postcard, if you want, and I'll answer you. And we also can correspond regularly, if you want.

Dear postcrossers from the countries which have ID with 5 or less symbols: I will really apreciate to have any tourist card from you (scenery, tourist attraction, map, flag, people in national clothes etc)

I prefer SINGLE VIEW cards, if possible :)
