I’m an international student at the University of Cambridge who comes from Italy! I am 19. I like to draw, to compose music and to play videogames! I enjoy writing postcards to you: it takes me so much time to draw and write on each postcard...
For me, the text on the back of the postcard along with the stamp and the postmark are even more important than the picture on its front! (No envelopes thanks!) I would love to see a card covered in text and, maybe, with a drawing! Great postcards tell stories!
～ DRAWINGS WOULD BE SOOO MUCH APPRECIATED! ～
If you have time, please send me a drawing on the back of your postcard! I would love drawings of movie characters (anything from “How to Train Your Dragon” or “The Avengers” would make me really happy), animals (anthropomorphic if you want) or whatever you like.
Basic messages such as “Happy Postcrossing” make me sad. Your personality must shine through the card! Better not write something too generic! Also, if you really want to share your political opinions, don’t be afraid—I won’t judge!
Any card would make me happy... As I already said, for me the most important part is the back. But here are some suggestions, if you really want to make my day!
– HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON (my favourite series);
– Avengers (I’ve seen every film of the MCU);
– ISLE OF DOGS, Fantastic Mr. Fox;
– Night-time views (cities with lights or natural landscapes);
– Dreamlike photos (e.g. with stars);
– Japanese castles;
See you and thank you!
Deutschland, Österreich usw: Ich möchte Postkarten, die auf Deutsch geschrieben sind, weil ich Deutsch lerne!
Россия: Мне хочется получать открытки, написанные по-русски! Я изучаю русский язык!
日本：Please do write a few kanji on the card! :D Or some other sentences in your language. If you have Pokémon stamps, I’ll be suuuper happy!!
(The cards I send with travel mode – not many – are usually simpler, since I don’t have time to draw on them. Normally, when I use travelling mode, it’s because I’m busy... travelling!
But if you want a more decorated postcard, like the ones I usually send when not travelling, you can just tell me, and I’ll send you another one!)
