Hello everyone!

I'm Christel, from Julianadorp (close by Den Helder). When I heard from Postcrossing, I got really excited. Learning more from the world around me and get connected with people from all over the world, just by sending a postcard!

I'm 37 years old, and love my job: fire officer. I train firefighters in becoming a fire commander or just becoming a great firefighter. I'm also in command when there's a big incident.
My hobby's are walking, gardening, reading, geocaching (a beginner) and just have fun with my friends.

I will love to get beautiful cards from your hometown, maybe you can tell me what's great about that place. And if you can tell me something in your own language, I'll like that too (don't forget to translate ;-)...).
Cards with the theme 'firefighter' are also my favorite, so I can see how my occupation looks like in other countries.
But in the end I like every card I get from you!
