About Carrie...
I miss the practice of sending and receiving mail by post. I live in the Pacific Northwest and teach English composition and literature at a local college. I appreciate paper products, the outdoors, ancient history, mythology, especially sirens, anything old, medicine, apothecary, parfum, typewriters, rain, botany, cormorants, abandoned factories, and FOOD--did I mention "OLD" things? :) I can find just about anything interesting though.
Finally, if you're stuck in finding me a card, a second option would be to send postcards made from colorful cardboard packages like packaged foods from your country (e.g. http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/AT-85601 or http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/IT-173210 or
http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/FI-1367830 or
http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/NL-973272
Just cut the package in postcard size, write something on it about the the product and/or you and send it my way.
