I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and teach 7th grade English. Although I love exploring my own state, I also love road trips across the U.S. One summer my children and I traveled 4,200 miles!

In my spare time I enjoy snow skiing, hiking, and biking. I have run nearly 200 races ranging from 5Ks to a marathon. The most adventurous race I ran was the 180 mile Colorado Relay with nine friends. We ran over mountain passes, next to creeks, and along rivers through the beauty of Colorado.
