After reading about Postcrossing in my stamp magazine I signed up on 13/July/2012, because I was fascinated by the idea to send postcards to strangers and get back postcards from the whole world. Now Postcrossing has get the most important hobby for me. No other hobby requires daily activities, but it's still a lot of fun for me. I love to get mail from the world and I hate the days, where my letter-box is empty.
I always kept my postcards and now I collect them just as I collect stamps. Other hobbies are reading (mostly historic novels), history, archaeology, sudoku and crosswords.
I upload every card I send and also every card I get except the sender did that yet.

I'll be happy about every postcard. But if you need some ideas – here they are:

- maxicards [postcards that feature an image (a monument, animal, event, etc.) along with a stamp of a very similar or related image on the picture side of the card]

- famous actors and actresses (I'm a big fan of the wonderful actress Audrey Hepburn)
- vehicles (old and new cars, motor bikes, trucks, ships, trains, airplanes, …)

- unshaped

I prefer cards written and stamped in normal size (except unshaped). Please write the date on the card. Every nice stamp on your card will make my day.
