YAY! Today, January 26/22, my 2,000th sent postcard was received.

This is exciting, I am going to be connecting to people across the world.

I am a mother of three grown children, a girl and two boys. I live with my husband and we are both retired.

My hobbies are reading, crafting, walking and cooking. I love to travel and have lived in England and Belgium as well as several parts of Canada.

Send me whatever postcard you like, your choice will tell me something about you. Handcrafted cards are welcome too! Please write something on the card, I would like to read what you have to say.

Now I know why people call it "snail mail", sometimes the cards take so very long to arrive. I get so impatient, but perhaps this is good for me, I will learn to wait. I certainly love to find a card or two in my mail box, it is such a surprise and a joy. Enjoying this very much.
