About Natallia...

Hello, dear friends from Postcrossing!

My name’s Natallia. I am from Belarus – a small but very picturesque country in Eastern Europe. My hometown is Minsk (the capital of Belarus). By the way I’m really interested: “What´s your first association to Belarus?” (I’m collecting your opinions).

I work as an English teacher at school. And I use postcards in different ways in my teaching: playing games, creating cultural maps of different countries, doing lessons with puzzles based on postcards.

I’ve been happily married for over 28 years and I’m a Mother of 2 grown up sons. My husband and I adore travelling. We’ve been to more than 50 countries and Postcrossing is the way to discover new places and to make new routes for our trips. I like learning about different cultures and traditions. Your postcards that show something NATIONAL OR TYPICAL TO YOUR COUNTRY (places to visit, emblems, flags, food, animals, plants, souvenirs, holidays and so on) or UNESCO - WORLD HERITAGE SITES are very welcome.

My favourite thing to do is to read and drink coffee! Have you read a good book recently? I'd love to hear about it!

I'm creating KEEP CALM Wall at home, our friends like this idea and very often they use it like a photo zone :) So your cards will get an addition to my collection!

I would be very glad to receive postcards with PORTRAITS OF WOMEN. I keep them in a special album. Thank you in advance.

ART NOUVEAU (Gustav Klimt, Alphonse Mucha, Auguste Rodin, Antoni Gaudí ...)

MONKEYS

But please, every card is more than welcome. They are all special because they are unique! You can even send me a card that nobody else would like to receive.

Looking forward to see your cards!
P.S. My favorites are cards that I have received.
