I am a 54 year old woman who lives in Connecticut USA with my two cats Buddy and Sydney. My birthday is August 21. (I like birthday postcards by the way!) I recently lost my husband I was married to for 15 years. He was the reason I got into Postcrossing, so I decided to send some postcards to honor him. There are many favorites, too many to list here lol. I mostly like comedies, it makes me not take life too seriously :) I LOVE American country music. Alan Jackson, Blake Shelton, Joe Diffy, Kenny Chesney, Sugarland, Lady Antibellum, Lee Ann Womack, Zac Brown Band, Jason Aldean, Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood, and Scotty McCreary are some of my favorites, many others as well.

I enjoy the following types of cards, but please feel free to send anything about your country, I enjoy reading about other countries. Also when sending postcards to the US please don't put the I.D. number on the bottom of the card, our postal service puts markings there and they make the number unreadable in most cases. 9. Holiday themed cards (I love christmas and thanksgiving/fall pictures)

11. Bears (cartoon type is preferred)
12. Snowmen
13. Lighthouses
