Hello, from the heart of Missouri!

I'm 33 years old and I'm a writer for a small, Christian newspaper. This fall, I also start teaching 8th grade Grammar and Composition at a private school a few days a week. It's not glamorous, but it's fun and I love what I do. I was born in the Great State of Oklahoma, but now live in Jefferson City, Missouri. It is the capital city, but it is not too big; only 50,000 people. It's a great place to live!

I love bacon. I also love driving, visiting new places, going to the movies, college football (Boomer Sooner!). Oh, and I love my wife :-). She is on Postcrossing too. I also love my two dogs, Hank and Lola. They are corgis, but are unfortunately not on Postcrossing :-(.

Please feel free to write anything you like on the postcards. If you can't think of anything to say, tell me where you think I should visit next! I've been to Panama, Mexico, Canada, England, Spain, France, Romania, Hungary, Russia, Malawi, South Africa, Senegal, the Philippines, and 38 of the 50 U.S. states.

As far as the type of card: I'm a fan of pretty much anything a tourist would send to his friends back home: landmarks, buildings, churches/cathedrals, map cards, humor, multi-views, sports stadiums, something fun and unusual, whatever. I'm flexible. I'm not really into handmade cards, but if you make something really cool that you're proud of, I'll make an exception just for you :-).
