I am social worker in a suicide prevention center.
after seven years of my work. I see many people was suffered by many reason. It seems life path is full of difficulty and chanllenging. But I realise that is not the complete perpertive of who we are. We also experience a lot of joy and happiese. in these 3 years, I start explore myself and i find out that for maintain a good perspective of life is making myself as priority, enhance good relationship wih myself and love myself unconditionally. then, love the world.
