About Martina...

Hello,welcome to my profile.
I am person interested in foreign countries, people and cultures and maybe that is why i am here, because it's like a cheaper version of travelling which is something i enjoy greatly but can't do that often. I also enjoy being on the internet, watching anime and reading manga but normal books too (i like classics the best). My biggest hobby is a music though. I am not talented in that sphere but i sure do enjoy listening to it, collecting CDs and DVDs and attending various concerts (my preferred genres are metal, rock, classical and k-pop...if you want to have vague idea about music i listen to, you can take a look at my last.fm, the link is above.)
I am currently pursuing master's degree in Korean studies at a university. 그러니까 한국어로 쓰면 되요.

I would love to receive mainly postcards with motives typical for your country...it doesn't matter if it is buildings, nature, food, famous people, historical events, national clothes, artwork of your painters, UNESCO stuff or some famous characters (like Moomins, Hello Kitty, Ghibli or just other anime stuff, old Disney,Le Petit Prince...Harry Potter?:D). It would be nice if you write me sentence in your language too, because i love foreign languages:)
And i love stamps too, as pretty much every person on here. They are small pieces of art.

(I have some special wish concerning German postcrossers...i would like to have postcards with motives that are related to Ludwig II of Bavaria...i am a huge fan:). But it´s ok if you don´t have postcards like that...this is just for an inspiration.)
(US postcrossers...if the Edgar Allan Poe stamp is still around and if it's possible to somehow use it on a postcard to Europe, then i just want to say i am a big fan of this one too:)))

But please don't feel pressured by my choices or my favourites.
I am not a person who collects postcards (beside the ones i receive from postcrossing) and because of it, it has meaning only when the postcard is related to your country and there is something handwritten (if it's possible for you to handwrite!i can understand if it isn't). For me the most important is to get in touch with your culture.

No envelopes, please (but it's ok if there is no other way how to send the postcards and you must to)...Thank you!
