Hi, everyone!
My name's Svetlana. I work as a teacher of English.
I like cross-stitching, reading and now postcrossing and stamp collecting are my new hobbies.
I have got a family which consists of my husband, my son me and our cat.
I sometimes show the cards I receive to my students, so they read real messages and maybe get interested in postcrossing too.

I like a lot of things, but most of all singleview cards, city or landscapes, castles. I also like birds, especially owls.

Christmas cards by the end of the year are welcome! And Easter cards in spring.

I don't like cards with people very much, except for those that show national costumes and something like that.

Anyway, I'll be happy with any card.

If possible, send witten in an envelope, please. If it's not extra cost for you.

Also, It'd be great if you write some words. Recommend me a good book you have read, but I'm not fond of horror and detective stories very much. I love fantasy, sci-fi, try to alternate with classics. Historical books are also good. Some of my favourites: the Witcher, the Last Kingdom, the Name of the Wind (and the 2nd book, longing for the 3d 😂), Shantaram, Anna Karenina. Long reads 🩷🩷🩷
I also read a lot with my kid and crazy about beautifully illustrated childrens' books.

I hate cooking, but I love baking! If you share a recipe of something sweet I'll be so glad, I love experimenting in my kitchen.
