I love tea (white, green and black), Glenfiddich, chocolate, ice-cream, fruit & vegetables and to read (almost anything except 'True Stories'), bake, cook, to sew, and go for long walks - preferably in the woods (I like the smell there) but as there really aren't that many trees around here I have to settle for the countryside or the beach.

I have a husband and two boys (13 & 16 years old) to keep me busy. Also two rabbits and one goldfish - but they pretty much take care of themselves;) When the boys are at school I am too (kind of) - I'm taking courses with the Open University (cultural sciences) to learn a little about the history of the Netherlands. (I'm from Copenhagen, Denmark). I enjoy this very much. I'm also a 'volunteer librarian' at the local library once or twice a week and I help out at school when needed.

Please tell me something about yourself: what do you like to do in your spare time? What have you always dreamed of doing & why? What would you like to change in your life? What's the nicest thing somebody did for you? Can you recommend a good book? (What is it about & who wrote it?) Do you like living where you live? Have you got a really good (and fool-proof) recipe for apple-pie? Or anything else you want to share.

I like all sorts of postcards, but as you may see from my list of favourites I especially like pictures of nature, furred (foxes) and feathered animals, beautiful buildings, food, wine & tea(-time), but I would also love to receive postcards with maps, fairytale- and fantasy creatures (especially dragons), anything from 'Peanuts' or a postcard you really like (please explain why?). If you're artistic I would like to receive a handmade postcard made by you :)
