Happy Postcrossing. I am from Bedford, Ohio, USA; which is a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. I am interested in history, politics, travel and literature. I live near the Bedford Reservation of the Cleveland Metropark and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. There are hiking trails and historical sites that I enjoy in the parks. Cleveland is a port city on Lake Erie so I enjoy watching the lake freighters pull in and out of port and going down the Cuyahoga River to the steel mills.

I am also interested in reading and watching movies. My favorite authors are Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn and Fyodor Dostoyevsky.

Any postcards are welcomed. I prefer city scenes, historical landmarks and natural landmarks. I also like postcards of train stations.

Received a card on 1/10/2014 without a postcrossing ID. It was postmarked 12/23/2013 and the subject was Gulangyu Islet. The message indicated that the area has one of the highest numbers of piano per capita in China.

Received a card on 5/12/2015 without a postcrossing ID. It was sent from Renata from Russia and had a picture of a Russian Navy minelayer on it.
