About Beatriz...

Hello!
I’m Beatriz and I live in Portugal.
I love to travel, both in Portugal and abroad. I like to know other cultures, so if you want I’d love to hear what you have to say about your country. What would you recommend me to visit and to do there? And what should I eat? I’d be very thankful for your inside tips ;) I’m a very curious person and I always like to know new things.
I also like to read (romance, comics, mystery, historic fiction…), listen to music, dance and sometimes surf the web about the most random themes.
I will be happy receiving any postcard you send me (if you like it, I'm sure I will too) but if you want to know more about what I like or if you need a little help choosing the postcard, here are some topics of interest:

- Dance or people dancing;
- Drawing and watercolour;
- Black and white photography;
- Architecture;
- Patterns;
- Vintage/ retro magazine covers and advertising;
- M.C. Escher works;
- Comics and cartoon characters;
- Studio Ghibli/Hayao Miyazaki
- Embroidery;
- Singularities of your country (landscapes/city views, people, traditions, …)
- Funny;
- Holidays/ seasonal postcards.

What I really want is to know something about you, so please don’t send a blank postcard and tell me something about you, your hobbies, your country, your country’s History, gastronomy (maybe you can give me the recipe of something traditional), language (what about teaching me saying something in your language?), places to visit and things to do - I would love to know some non-tourist things to do there. You can also tell me why you chose that specific postcard for me or just share something you want with me.
And please, don’t forget to write the date on it.
Can't wait to receive your postcard!
Thanks,
Beatriz
