Hello! I'm Marissa. I'm a new postcrosser and so happy to be a part of the postcrossing community.

I live in beautiful Las Vegas, but love the idea of exploring the world through wonderful postcards.

Here in Las Vegas, I am a creative writing teacher, so receiving postcards with handwritten messages is my favorite!

Insight on what life is like in your corner of the world, what a day in your life is like, etc are really fun things for me to read!

I am sincerely grateful for any card you send! If you need some ideas:

-The cards in my "favorites" are cards I have not received, so I'd be thrilled to receive any one of them or one similar

-Beautiful Scenery and Landscapes! (Beaches, Lakes, Rivers, Mountains, Valleys, Countryside views, Forests, etc)
-Natural Landmarks/National Parks
-Flags/Coats of Arms/Crests
-Streets with shops or houses
-Animals native to your area

-Churches/Cathedrals/Places of Worship
