Hello!
My name is Marina, I live in a small village, placed between the Baltic sea, river Gauja, and many lakes.
I live here with my husband and two daughters (8 and 10 years old). We also have a cat, his name is Sunny. Can you guess his fir color? :)
My job is translating(latvian-russian), guiding walking tours to beautiful nature places ( Latvia has a lot of them!) and finding latvian ancestors for foreigners.
My hobbies: birds, butterflies, dragonflies, astronomy (not astrology!), garden plants and wildflowers. I like cycling, traveling, birdwatching, reading about all this stuff and taking photos. I'm interested in history and culture, traditions and literature.
I like green color, sea (my name's meaning is "sea-girl"), cheese and silver :)
I love cards with wild birds, dragonflies or butterflies, other wild animals, but I also will be thankful for cards with local views (the "must-see" of your country, but not multiviews, please), natural landscapes of your country and space views (stars, galaxies, planets, rockets, spaceships etc.)
If you are from Finland - aurora borealis would be great!
If you are from Japan - autumn maples are amazing!

I love Hayao Miyazaki films, so I would be happy to receive a postcard with TOTORO, or with Kiki and other characters.
I am not a fan of "cute" domestic animals, ads, comics, dressed-up birds, teddy-bears and other "sweet" or scary (vampires etc.) stuff. Please, send them to someone else.
