Greetings.

To think of it we are hundreds of kilometers from each other, we never knew each other, but now we can communicate with the help of little postcards and a drop of our imagination! Isn't this modern magic?

What was I talking about?

My name's Anna and i'm from Belarus (yes there is such a country - Belarus, picturesque and wonderful).
I'm 23 y.o. I live in the capital of Belarus - Minsk. I recently graduated from university (public relations specialist) and now I work in a visa agency - I help Belarusians to get documents for opening a Schengen visa (and not only Schengen).
I was born in a small town in the north of the country. My town is next to the oldest city in Belarus, so I’m fascinated by history because I literally grew up on it.
I am interested in mythology (Egyptian, Greek, Scandinavian), architecture, and European medieval fashion.
I place the most special postcards around the house as decoration. I want to one day collect a selection of postcards with portraits of historical figures.

I also like foxes, capybaras, dragons, green color, winter, oranges and any kind of chocolate.

My hobby is reading. My personal best is 54 books a year. Some say it’s a lot, but I don’t think so. I'm reading everything I can: from Howard Lovecraft to Alexandre Dumas, from Patrick Rothfuss to Agatha Christie. However, among many genres I prefer fantasy and science fiction (well you know, space, dragons and other stereotypes). I also admire Maestro Tolkien’s books.

In my spare time I write articles or short stories for our local blog. My big dream is to write a book one day.
