About Anneleen...

Hi, dear postcrossers from all over the world,
I'm Anneleen from Belgium, but living in Spain. We chose to move to Spain to live closer to nature. I'm a mother of 2 wonderful children: a girl (2013) and a boy (2015). My husband is from Spain. I love crafting, playing the piano, writing, poetry, nature, the mountains, and offcourse sending and receiving oldschool authentic mail.

If you write a postcard to me, I would really appreciate if you tell me something about your life: what's your big passion in life, what is worth living for, what do you think is important in life, what do you do to make the world a better place for everyone... That are quite big things ;-)
I'm even more interested in the small things and rarities of people: what makes you unique, what kind of strange habit do you have, what is typical about you that not many other persons will understand, what kind of small pleasures do you have (in the 'Amélie Poulain'-way :-)...

Feel free to send any card that you like, but this kind of cards I like especially (take a look also at my favourites):
- artistic handmade cards, mailart
- beautiful illustrations (botanical, owls, foxes, insects, maps, people, music instruments, folk art, Elsa Beskow, Alice in Wonderland, FlowerFairies...) So I prefer illustrations and not photos. Allthough I like a lot vintage photos & artistic black & white photography.
If you feel like it, please go completely wild in decorating the back side of the postcard, I love that!
Envelopes are very ok, feel free to add something, it's always a pleasant surprise receiving them :-)

I don't like too much typical tourist cards or christmas-cards, just to know ;-)

I'm looking forward to your postcards!!
