Hi everyone,
I am a political scientist by training and writer by choice. I used to do postcrossing when I was in school, but recently I thought it could really cheer me up to receive some cards from people around the world.

Any card is fine as long as you think it's beautiful. I also appreciate beautiful stamps.

Some personal favorites are:
- sea, ocean, seashells and animals
- cute cartoon-style cards, fairy tales, mythological creatures
- vintage and old cards
- drawings of plants and flowers
- harry potter, witches and magic (also interested in the direct swaps for that)
- strong and/or beautiful women
- historical paintings
- moon, stars, constellations etc.

I would be excited to read any of the following on the card:
- one book from your country that represents it very well
- if you were to write a book, what would you write about
- what is one word that represent or associates with your country in your mind
- what is your signature dish - you can even include the recepy if it fits
