A little about me:

I live in Beijing with my husband. I like doing sports (swimming, skiing, working-out in gym, jogging), reading, and travelling (Austria, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Hungary, Czeck, South Korea, Singapore). I like making friends with people from everywhere.

I play violin since 4, love seeing classical concerts from world-famous symphony orchestras. When I lived in Vienna, I often went to the concert halls and the Opera house. I like Vienna very very much. I have also lived in Linz, Austria.

I work in an IT company since 2007, to design online courses and to retain customer relation. Sometimes I also do some visual design work and some translation work, as well as interpretation.

I believe in Jesus Christ and Holy Bible since 2008. The belief is very important in my life. Before that, i was an Atheist.

My account name "AnnJewel_Chyi" is in memory of my mother, the pronunciation of which is similar with her Chinese name 齐艳珠, meaning colorful pearls. I miss her.

I also like writing letters to my penpals:
- I and my FRENCH penpal have been writing with each other since we were 14 years old (1998). And we visited each other in France and in China many times during these years. Now we chat on Facebook or with email more than we write letters. Her little daughter likes me very much too ^_^
- I have a JAPANESE penpal since 2015. We are writing to each other every month. We arranged a meet-up in Nagoya Japan in 2019. It was a very happy time for both of us.
