Hi, my name is Anna and I am 49 years old.
I come from a small village near Praha (Prague), the capital of the Czech Republic. A few years ago, we moved to Germany and now we live in a small village in Ortenau, but the nearest city is Strasbourg in France. :-)
I am married, my son is already adult and lives with his family in our former flat. We still have a Yorkshire dog. I am freelance journalist, translate books and I have also started to write some on my own.

I like many things:
- travelling, visiting interesting places and meeting nice people,
- studying languages
- reading books and magazines (cooking, animals, history...),
- watching films and listening to music,
- cooking and baking,
- knitting, crochetting and other creative handwork etc.

Every nice card is welcome! And I appreaciate if you write some lines about you or your country, your favourite place, hobbies...

As a schoolchild and student I had quite a lot of pen-friends from all over the world... it would be a great surprise to find some of them here ;-) And to be honest, new ones are welcome! So, if you are interested in writing letters or e-mails, do not hesitate to write a message. :-)
