Hello, friends!

Greetings from the fantastically beautiful city in the North-West of Russia - St.Petersburg!

I love every role I play in my life, and this is basically who I am:

- a mother, a wife, a daughter and a granddaughter - the family is a very important, if not to say the most important, part of me;

- a dreamer - I’m the person who believes that every wish can come true! My favourite statement is: “if you really want, you can fly into space”;

- a traveller - it’s my most passionate hobby! Recently I more and more like extraordinary, unusual tourist attractions which are not written about in the official guidebooks! After the trips (sometimes in the process) I write about what I’ve seen and known to the social networks. At the moment me and my husband (who is a photographer) are finishing a book about our winter trip to Southern Sweden. I dream this hobby one day could become my main job!!!

- a postcrosser - love everything about this brilliant project! I have even become a member of postal salon to buy different special stamps for the postcards I send!

- a bloger - every card I receive I publish here: olesyalysenko.blogspot.com. I also put there incoming stamps, interesting postal marks, drawings and stickers which come together with postcards, postboxes I meet and other interesting things connected with post. I also plan to begin a separate blog about travels soon.

Surprise me with your card, I adore good surprises!!! :) Exactly because of that I won’t specify cards I wish to receive. But have to admit that I’m a bit tired of a view cards, sorry!

If you are from China, send me a cheapest Chinese coin please! I need it to put into a souvenir frog which I got as a present, to make it attract money! :)
