About Karolína...

Hello everyone :) My name is Karolína, I'm 26 years old and live in a small village nearby Prague (the capital of Czech). I study tourism at university in Prague and work in a tourist office for Central Bohemia Region (that's the largest region in the Czech Republic, which lies around Prague). I love travelling, but it's very expensive and time-consuming. So I travel in the Czech Republic and sometime, when I save some money, I go to foreign coutries. I like reading, my favorite writer is Stephen King, and handcrafting or painting.

All postcards are welcome. I especially like those with:
- the nature or scenery of your country,
- winter landscapes, buildings and cities,
- UNESCO Heritage site,
- architecture of your village/town/city/country,
- map of your country,
- antique or vintage postcards,
- bridges of your country,
- castles and chateaux,
- ice hockey,
- blanc and white photography of cities or night's view,
- Greetings from... (I really love painting Grettings from... (USA), but you can send me any Greetings from...),
-wooden or metal cards,
- etc.

Again, all postcards are welcome. If you do not have any of my favorites just send me something you would like to receive yourself. Only one things, please, DON'T send me cards with cats.
You can put the date or weather on your postcard.

I will be pleased if you write some interest or fact about your country :) You can write some basic phrases in your maternal language, but with small translation ( please:) ) I want to be able to say basic phrases in all languages :)

Please, write something on a postcard, what is your favorite book, writer, band or movie. What are you doing like, what is your job/school, etc. Everything is better than only "Happy Postcrossing".

Once I got envelope with official postcard and 4 extra postcard. I was very suprised and happy. So if you want, you can do something like this. Or you can send something special/typical for your country (small coin, drying flower/leaf, ticket, etc.) in envelope. You can send some leaflet with interesting information from your area like leaflet of the nearest castle or any other atraction. That's perfect invitation to your country <3 <3

For Postcrosser from French, German, Italian, Russian and Spanish speaking country: You can write in your native language. I want to refresh my Spanish and German and exercise my Italian, Russian and French :) <3

I look forward to postcard from you :)

Enjoy Postcrossing

Kája
