About Aditya...

====2020 Updated Intro Lives Here ==================
Howdy Folks, welcome to my page. Please note the post in the section below is my first post in 2012 and I would like to keep it for nostalgia. Here is an updated introduction:

I am an aspiring scientist working on computational biology and electrical engineering. I have lived in many towns and cities around the world and Postcrossing has only enriched and broadened my understanding of the people around this beautiful Earth we call home. Please feel free to share your story, your daily routine, a recipe, a little more than the weather, please. I would love to know about your culture, your people, your hopes, and your dreams. I like postcards with mountains, castles, history, scenery, landscape, science, paranormal. But of course please send me whatever you can send, don't try hard to get a card, I mostly want to get to know you.

Strangely enough, I have not received many cards from Africa and I think none from South America. Hopefully, one of y'all gets me !!

Always looking for penpals, just send me a message :)

=====2012 Intro Shall be contained here ==============
Hey ! I am Aditya, I am from Kolkata, India. I love science stuff and things that are very mysterious and puzzling. I love travelling around and going to different places and trying out different cuisines. I joined post-crossing because I wanted to see how it feels like to send postcards to people in totally different parts of the world. I like post cards with pictures of places they are coming from or something that is of importance to that place. Cya and keep sending post cards !!!!
=========GERMAN SPEAKERS==================
Postcrossers who speak German please send me your mail in German so I can learn you language. I am studying German at my university and it will be a good practice to read from people who are fluent in the language. Also please write legibly, as I am learning this language it is very difficult for me to guess the words if they are written in a stylized or illegible fashion. Thank you so much.
=========================================

Hey, USA Postcrossers--
Please join the campaign to request the U.S. Postal Service to issue a Postcrossing stamp! Spread the word by adding this info to your profile and then, write a letter to:
Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee
475 L’Enfant Plaza SW, Room 3300
Washington, DC 20260-35

=======================================
Expired Cards: Please message me with the ID of your card, I will register it. Cards go missing all the time!

I usually resend my expired postcards, assuming they were lost the first time around. However, if the second card doesn't reach you, I am assuming you have moved or left Postcrossing. The following is the list of expired cards at my end. If you made it to the list you didn't receive/register the two cards I sent:

US-7258885 to Russia
US-7439845 to China
US-7558475 to Germany
