About Adele...

Hello, my name is Adele. I am a 21 year old illustrator living in the beautiful city of Saint Petersburg. I like to read books, I have an almost complete collection of thrillers from Joe Nesbø, Harry Potter, Dostoyevsky and other Russian and foreign classics. I love nature and go hiking, unfortunately city life takes its toll and I rarely succeed, but last summer I went to the forest and to the lake for almost a month. I have tarantulas and geckos, as well as Madagascar cockroaches. Our family has two cats and a dog, which is a Portuguese podengo mix.

I like the experience of finding new acquaintances in other countries. Sometimes it's a bad experience, other times it's a good one. I have wonderful stories of communicating with people from Korea, Mexico and Canada. We even sent each other packages. Of course, it may seem like it's just a postcard, but I really enjoy finding a new postcard in my mailbox every time. Especially when a person has found time to write an interesting letter or find a postcard on the topic. One day, I received a book about the scientific study of drawings of ancient people and a bracelet! Such letters are remembered. But this does not mean that I like only such letters. Therefore, here are some simple tips that will turn your postcard into a masterpiece:

• Please, my name is Adele, not Zatsepina. It's simple.

• Since the likelihood that I will receive another letter from you is extremely small, it is really important for me to get a story from you on this little postcard. Postcards can go 1 or 2 months and I'm really sad to see "Hi, have a nice day" or "happy postcrossing". I understand that sometimes there is no strength or inspiration, but write more than two dry lines. For example: Your pets, your hobbies, about your job, your favorite book or song, do you go hiking and your stories from, your favorite animal, country and so on.

• I don't like postcards: babies, typical boring travel, political, Russian cathedrals, random postcards with quotes.

MY WISH LIST:

• ALAN RICKMAN (I'm looking for photos, copies from the theatre. Posters or tickets. I'm not interested in Severus Snape from Harry Potter.)

• JAPAN (HATSUNE MIKU, SANRIO, NARUTO, RILLAKUMA, MARIO, sakura, cats, manga and anime. Maybe something from the gacha machine or or good luck wishes from temples. I am also interested in advertising booklets and stamps maybe from train or from events, I know this is popular in Japan.

• FINLAND (MOOMINS, DONALD DUCK)

• USA (Mickey Mouse, old alcohol ads or just old posters. Cards with states on which different sights, animals and plants are drawn. I have several of these and they are great. It would be nice to get a postcard from the amusement park: Harry Potter, Disneyland, Jurassic Park.

• ALSO (botanica, dogs, art, Unesco, National Geographic, K-POP, tarantulas, hand-made and self-print but in good condition and quality)
