I like it, when people think about what to send each other, in my view, this is the spirit of postcrossing ... unfortunately, there are so many people just trying to send as many cards as possible, chasing a stupid record, forgetting what postcrossing really is about.

I'm thinking about going on a 4 weeks trip in the US ... any recommendation? I love Bryce and Yellowstone NP, they are definetly on my list ... what else do you suggest?

In February 2022 I was able to visit Antarctica, I even was able to send some cards from South Georgia, a small island in the Southern Atlantic Ocean ... After 160 days, all 20 cards have reached their destination :)

In 2020 and 2021 I was on two long multi-day trips criss-cross Switzerland, around 450 km each. I really appreciated it to be on my own, hiking all across my beautiful country ...
What are your experiences as a hiker? Is there a special hike you can recommend in your country? Why do you like/hate hiking? Do you prefer walking alone or in a group?

If I don't hike or travel, I teach children aged 10 to 16. My subjects are history, geography, English and coaching ... I really adore my job, there isn't anything more fullfilling than showing the children the world!
What do you think about teaching? Have you had a teacher that inspired you? It would be nice if you write about it :)

Send me whatever topic you like. But if you want to make my day, send me a postcard with a landscape from anywhere in the world, it does not have to be from your country ... and tell me, why you've chosen it ...
And btw, I do have a great affection for pictures of cows :) My collection is growing, but I'm still more than happy when you send my a cow :)
If you are, as I am, part of the LGBT community it would be nice to get related cards.
