Hey James, We are looking to purchase a place on the east side of the M22 circle - From Suttons Bay down to Traverse City. We want to make sure we have enough things to keep us busy like the the old theatre in Suttons Bay, wineries, restaurants, shopping and in emergency we can get to a hospital pretty quickly. Cedar is a nice area. I just want 10 acres and a barn. Who thought this would be so difficult. We had an offer on a house last summer, but we got beat out. I'd like to have a combo record store/coffee house in my barn, if I can get the right zoning and permits. My mom is going to retire soon and will be needing extra care. So it's important I'm nearby. In the meantime, we will sweat through the North Carolina summer and dream of cherries... Have a great summer! Lisa
