I've never tried rattlesnake myself, but this place here in Arizona does have the real thing on their menu! Check them out if you ever visit Phoenix, AZ! https://www.rustlersrooste.com/about/

I am just happy not to run into these critters when out hiking. There are 17 types of rattlesnakes in Arizona, more than any other place. The Western Diamondback is the most common.
