The Bristol Jaycees' "Balloons Over Bristol" is one of many annual festivals sponsored by area civic organizations. Held each Memorial Day Weekend, this three day event is launched with a majestic Friday night Balloon Glow. The festival continues with crafts, carnival rides, games, concessions, and one of the largest balloon rallies in the Northeast. |
