Great postcard.
I think a (copy of a) postcard to commemorate the victims of "The Great War". If not, please tell me the real meaning (I can not read Cyrillic). This card would fit into my collection perfectly!

This is a "Victory Day" postcard. That holiday is celebrated on May 9th in the ex-USSR countries and is still a major holiday. The postcard is to commemorate the veterans of "The Great Patriotic War" (the war between the USSR and Germany, a part of the World War II)
