Kilimanjaro - The White Mountain

"White Mountain" - that's what the people of the Chagga and the Maasai living on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro call it.
It is one of many names used by tribes and peoples living here
to express the great natural power of the mountains and their spiritual significance.
Kilimanjaro is a sacred mountain with a height of 5895 m and is located in the area of today's Tanzania.
