I tried to find out, but I wasn't able to.
I thought it was a building in the German town of "Norden" near the coast of the North Sea. The photographer who sold the pictures and postcards told me that he takes all the photos himself and then an artist creates the illustrations. I tried to find the building with the help of google, but I couldn't find it.
