About Elke...

My name is Elke, I come from Germany and I am 49 years old. I work as an assistant of a tax accountant. My favourite leisure activities are cycling, reading books, ancrestry research, doing handicraft work and spending time with my children who are 14 and 18 years old. I love our dogs, tortoises and budgies.

I always collected the postcards I received and I even have some postcards my grandma owned a long time ago. Throwing any away always means to forget and let beautiful memories go - this would never come to my mind. By watching the countryside on postcards I see the breathtaking beauty of nature which is a way for me to relax and escape the daily stress as a working mother.

I like learning languages, so I would love a phrase in your language (maybe with translation);) You may write in French as well if you do speak French.

I am happy to receive any kind of postcards and I really appreciate beautiful stamps. It would be nice if you wrote the date on your card too. I register my cards the day they arrive. If I have not registered your card send me a message with the ID# and I will register it:)
