About Yvi...

I was born in 1976, have graduated in German literature and in political sciences at university, and work in the localization industry now. I live with my 2 little sons (born in August 2009 and in November 2010) in a small town in the Black Forest. I have various interests, e.g. in literature, foreign cultures/religions, art, nature, music, cinema, philosophy, history, ...

I would prefer a written postcard in an envelope, because cards without an envelope often arrive in a bad condition and because I also collect stamps. But if you cannot send the card in an envelope (e.g. because it is more expensive), it won't be a problem for me either.

I would be very happy if you send me postcards of the following themes:

- famous people in general (some of my favourites: Janis Joplin, Audrey Hepburn, Marlene Dietrich, Johnny Depp, Ethan Hawke, Marilyn Monroe, ...)

- animals (especially birds and lemurs)
- art (e.g. medieval art, Gustav Klimt, Art Nouveau, Alphonse Mucha, but there are no restrictions here ... I love to see artists I do not know yet, too :))

- Tim Burton Movies
- single views of old churches, monasteries, synagogues, mosques, temples, etc.
