Dear Postcrossers!

If you got my address for sending a postcard, I guess your first thought was "Oh, no! Russia! Again!" I can understand what do you feel - you do not believe that your postcard can reach the addressee quickly, so you may wait for a long time to get one more address. But I believe that Your Postcard will be lucky to arrive my mailbox in time (the fastest card reached me in 11 days). I check my mailbox every day, nearly after a postman comes. And if I get a card I register it immediately.

About myself.

I like travelling, nature, animals and science. There are three special things that can take my breath away - music, physics and the spirit of my native city St. Petersburg! Sometimes I do not understand them all but admire.

I am interested in new people, new places, new experience. Each day can bring amazing discoveries and you ought to be ready facing them.

In my free time I prefer walking and talking to friends, reading books, writing letters (trying to put my thoughts into a paper because it is easier for me to write than to speak).

I believe that everything that happens is for the best, and sometimes you only need to look for this "best" by yourself! I know that in every person and in each situation you can find something good.

P.S. If you don't know what to write, please, write me about your favourite food, holiday or what place in the world you would like to visit the most. Or, maybe, share with me your plans on the evening or next day. I like reading the stories about your life or your surroundings - it makes me feel closer to other world.

P.P.S. I like "full of life" postcards. Most of all I'll be happy with cards showing:

- scientific or technical issues (including transport and objects of micro and macro-worlds)
- retro cards (people, city views, life scenes, advertisement)
- heroes of fairy tales (I was fond of tales in childhood)
- traditions and customs, people in national dresses, handicrafts
- beautiful scenery (mountains, ocean, forests, rivers, etc.)
- wild and domestic animals (cute or terrible - anything you like!)
- something unusual or special
- your favourite postcards
- ... I haven't yet decided!
